AMERICAN HOTEL INCOME PROPERTIES REIT LP ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2018 U.S. DOLLAR CASH DISTRIBUTION

American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP declared today a cash distribution of 5.4 U.S. cents per limited partnership unit for the period of Dec. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2018, which is equivalent to 64.8 U.S. cents per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on Jan. 15, 2019, to unitholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 31, 2018.

The policy of American Hotel is to pay cash distributions on or about the 15th day of each month to the unitholders of record on the last business day of the preceding month.
