H2O INNOVATION OPENS A NEW OFFICE IN BILBAO, SPAIN

H2O Innovation Inc. has opened a new office in Bilbao, Spain, expanding the company's global presence. Having a new European office location will ease the expansion of the company's line of specialty products and services available to the European and the Middle Eastern markets, which business line includes Piedmont's corrosion-free flexible couplings and PWT's specialty chemicals. The office is located at 6 Barroeta Aldamar, 48001, Bilbao, Spain.

Ties Venema, who joined H2O Innovation last December with 20 years of sales and management experience in the water treatment industry, along with David Jimenez, who also has an impressive history in the industry, will be leading the company's effort to serve customers in Europe's thriving engineered products and services market.

This new presence comes in response to proven demand for H2O Innovation's specialty products and services business line from market-leading desalination companies in Europe and the Middle East such as Acciona, Sadyt/Valoriza, Suez, Veolia/Sidem and Aqualia. "The opening of the company's first overseas office is a natural outgrowth of the strength of Piedmont and PWT customers base already present in Europe and the Middle East. Under Mr. Venema's leadership, H2O Innovation is primed to increase its sales in these regions that are rich in water treatment expertise and projects. The European office of H2O Innovation is evidence of our commitment to building a lasting presence in the European market and to invest in long-term customer relationships," stated Frederic Dugre, president and chief executive officer of H2O Innovation.
