GOEASY LTD. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF C$46 MILLION COMMON SHARE OFFERING

goeasy Ltd. has closed its previously announced offering of 920,000 common shares (including 120,000 common shares issued pursuant to the exercise in full by the syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets, Raymond James Ltd. and Cormark Securities Ltd. of the overallotment option granted by the company), at a price of $50.50 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $46.46-million.

The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to support the growth of the easyfinancial consumer loan portfolio.
