GREENBRIAR CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Greenbriar Capital Corp. has arranged a private placement of 500,000 units at $1.03 per unit with each unit comprising one common share plus one-half of one share purchase warrant, with one full warrant convertible into a full common share at $1.50 per share. The company will be meeting with PREPA on Feb. 26, 2019.
