Great Atlantic Resources Corp. has provided the following update of its business. Great Atlantic Resources is currently an exploration company engaged in exploration and evaluation of resources properties. The company has been primarily focused on mineral assets in Atlantic Canada with a commodity-specific focus, being tungsten, antimony and precious metals.

The company has recently completed a restructuring of its issued and outstanding shares and has completed a financing, after which its shares outstanding now are approximately 4.5 million. Great Atlantis is currently reviewing its inventory of mining assets in the Atlantic provinces, and the company will be continuing to source and develop relationships to advance its mineral assets in Atlantic Canada, in any manner possible, via sale, joint venture or exploration. The company will be providing releases shortly on its current assets, as well as their standing and potential opportunities.
