BSM TECHNOLOGIES INC. ANNOUNCES DEFERRED SHARE UNIT GRANTS

On Dec. 18, 2014, BSM Technologies Inc. granted 47,500 deferred share units to certain directors of the company.

The DSUs entitle the holder to receive one common share of the company from treasury on the date on which the holder ceases to be a director of the company, without any monetary consideration being paid to the company. The grant of DSUs is subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. Following the aforementioned grant of DSUs, the company has 47,500 DSUs outstanding pursuant to its 2014 deferred share unit plan.
