Brien Lundin, in the August, 2015, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says hold Great Panther Silver Ltd., recently 44 cents. Mr. Lundin said buy Great Panther 12 times between October, 2005, and June, 2014, at prices ranging from 21 cents to $2. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the 12 buys, the $12,000 position is now worth $6,541. In the second quarter of 2015, Great Panther's Guanajuato and Topia silver mines, both in Mexico, generated 1,088,355 silver-equivalent ounces. It is an increase of 8 per cent from the second quarter of 2014. The company also recently updated a resource model for its Topia mine. The mine's measured and indicated resource has increased by 41 per cent to 11.58 million silver-equivalent ounces, and the inferred resource has increased by 29 per cent to 11.05 million silver-equivalent ounces. Mr. Lundin says underground development at Topia should prove up a substantial amount of the inferred resource into the measured and indicated categories. The company is also planning to spend $4-million exploring its Guadalupe de los Reyes project in Mexico and its Coricancha mine complex in Peru. The writer likes the company's management and the stock remains a hold.
