Gunpowder Capital Corp. has declared a dividend of 20 cents per outstanding Class A and Class B preferred share of its capital payable on, or after, Feb. 2, 2018, to all Class A and Class B preferred shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 31, 2017.
