GEONOVUS MEDIA ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO IMAGINATION PARK ENTERTAINMENT INC.

GeoNovus Media Corp. has completed a corporate name change to Imagination Park Entertainment Inc., effective May 4, 2016. The common shares of the company will commence trading under the new name on the Canadian Stock Exchange with the new trading symbol IP at the opening of trading on Monday, May 9, 2016. The company will continue to trade under the existing trading symbol, GNM, until the close of trading on Friday, May 6, 2016. There has not been a share consolidation or any change in the share capital of the company. Shareholders are not required to exchange their existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the new company name, and company shares held electronically in direct registration system will be booked automatically. The name change was approved by the directors, as permitted by the articles of the company. The company's new Cusip is 45249M107 and its new ISIN is CA45249M1077.
