GEONOVUS ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

GeoNovus Media Corp. has extended the closing of its non-brokered private placement. The private placement will be for up to 10 million units at a price of five cents per unit. Each unit shall be comprise one common share of the company and one warrant. Each warrant shall be exercisable to purchase one additional share at an exercise price of 10 cents per share for up to 12 months from the date of issue. Finder's fees may be payable in relation to the private placement.
