GEONOVUS EFFECTS SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Further to GeoNovus Media Corp.'s news release dated July 9, 2015, effective July 23, 2015, at market open, the company will consolidate its common shares on the basis of one postconsolidation common share for every 10 preconsolidation common shares. The record date is July 22, 2015.

The company will have a total of approximately 12,224,272 postconsolidation common shares issued and outstanding.

The consolidation was approved by the directors of the company and has been approved by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
