GEONOVUS CLOSES FINANCING

GeoNovus Minerals Corp., further to its news releases dated March 11, 2015, has completed its non-brokered private placement of 15.45 million units at a price of two cents per unit for gross proceeds of $309,000.

Each unit comprises one common share and one-half share purchase warrant of the company. Each full warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one share at a price of five cents per warrant share until April 8, 2016.

All securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a hold period expiring on Aug. 9, 2015.
