GREENSTOCK DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

GeoNovus Minerals Corp. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of the assets of Greenstock Publishing Ltd., a Canadian music publisher, for 10 million shares.

Greenstock Publishing owns 50 per cent of the music publishing for the popular Vancouver band, Franklins Dealers. The Greenstock Publishing business model is based on creating and acquiring music catalogues to place into major motion pictures.

GeoNovus will now be building a catalogue of artists, writers and new music to promote worldwide through new media and streaming channels for the entertainment industry.

Mike England, chief executive officer of GeoNovus, states, "I am excited to further our vision of becoming a major player in the entertainment industry worldwide."
