GEONOVUS CLOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

GeoNovus Minerals Corp., further to its news release dated March 10, 2014, increased and completed its non-brokered private placement of 1,574,500 units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $78,725.

Each unit comprises one common share and one share purchase warrant of the company. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one share at a price of 7.5 cents per warrant share until April 8, 2016.

All securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a hold period expiring on Aug. 9, 2014.
