Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Feb. 6, 2015, Tangelo Games Corp. has issued a further 2,955,878 common shares at a deemed value of 10 cents per share to satisfy an earn-out payment payable, pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated Oct. 14, 2014, and as amended on June 27, 2016, between the company and the vendors of Diwip Ltd., whereby the company acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Diwip.
