FORTISALBERTA RECEIVES AUC DECISION ON CAPITAL TRACKER APPLICATION

FortisAlberta Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortis Inc., has received a decision from the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) on its 2013-2015 capital tracker application.

The capital tracker application considered FortisAlberta's request for revenue associated with certain of its capital expenditures for 2013, 2014 and 2015 applied for under the performance-based regulation framework established by the AUC.

FortisAlberta is further assessing the decision and will incorporate the findings of the decision in a compliance filing due April 14, 2015.
