FORTIS INC. ANNOUNCES SERIES M FIRST PREFERENCE SHARE FOURTH QUARTER DIVIDEND-2014

In addition to the dividends announced on Aug. 14, 2014, Fortis Inc. has declared a dividend of 20.5 cents per share on the first preference shares, Series M, of the corporation, payable on Dec. 1, 2014, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 18, 2014. Fortis has designated this dividend as an eligible dividend for federal and provincial dividend tax credit purposes.
