FERONIA INC. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF FINAL TRANCHE OF SECURED CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE OFFERING

Pursuant to the previously disclosed subscription agreement between Feronia Inc. and African Agriculture Fund, through its subsidiary Golden Oil Holdings Ltd. (GOHL), Feronia has closed the final tranche of the private placement in the principal amount of $3.2-million (U.S.) of secured convertible debentures.

Including this final tranche, Feronia has issued a total of $15-million (U.S.) of debentures pursuant to the offering described in the company's press release issued on Nov. 5, 2015.
