The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing a purchase and sale agreement dated June 12, 2015, between Fancamp Exploration Ltd., SPG Royalties Inc. and Sheridan Platinum Group Ltd. whereby Fancamp shall acquire various interests and a series of properties, including the Fermont property, the Magpie royalty, an interest in the share capital of the Magpie Mines Inc., the Lac Lamelee royalty, the Longue Pointe de Mingan royalty and the Villebon royalty. Total consideration consists of $250,000 and 10 million common shares payable to SPG Royalties.
