FINORE APPOINTS A TECHNICAL ADVISOR AND GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Finore Mining Inc. has appointed Mohan R. Vulimiri to Finore's board of advisers as a technical adviser to the company, effective April 10, 2012.

Mr. Vulimiri has many years of public company experience, having been involved in the management of numerous junior and established companies. A graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Kharagpur, India) with a bachelor of science (honours) in applied geology, as well as a holder of a master of science in economic geology from University of Washington, United States, he has over 30 years of experience in the exploration and delineation of ore deposits, with emphasis on structural controls and modes of occurrence of mineral zones. Mr. Vulimiri is currently the chief executive officer and director of Nortec Minerals Corp.

The company also wishes to announce that it has granted 200,000 incentive stock options to the newly appointed technical adviser. The options are exercisable on or before April 10, 2017, at an exercise price of 46 cents per share.
