FAMILY MEMORIALS ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY PRINCIPAL PAYDOWN

Family Memorials Inc., pursuant to the terms of the 12-per-cent subordinated secured debentures issued pursuant to the debenture indenture dated Oct. 31, 2013, entered into with Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as debenture trustee, has made a principal paydown in the amount of $664,020, which represents 15 per cent of the corporation's sales of $4,426,802 for the six months ended June 30, 2014. The ratio of the outstanding principal balance of the debentures, compared with the original outstanding balance of the debentures is 3.335 to 4, which represents an outstanding balance of 83.38 per cent of the original principal amount of the debentures.
