The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Excellon Resources Inc. will list an additional 10,925,000 shares at the open on Aug. 27, 2019. As stated in its Aug. 20, 2019, short form prospectus, the company will issue 10,925,000 units at $1.06 per unit in a public offering, with each unit consisting of one share and one-half warrant.

According to the TSX, the units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. Each warrant will be exercisable at $1.40 per share until 4 p.m. Toronto time on the date that is 24 months following the closing date of the offering.

The TSX has issued a separate bulletin regarding the listing of the warrants.
