CANADA ON TRACK AS FIRST G7 NATION TO FEDERALLY LEGALIZE CANNABIS

Evitrade Health Systems Corp. has raised its hand in support of the Canadian's Senate approval of the legalization of adult recreational cannabis use, which could occur within eight to 12 weeks.

"The Senate overwhelmingly voted in favour of the revised bill from the House of Commons which should create a fully federally legal cannabis program for Canada within eight to 12 weeks," said Evitrade chief executive officer C.K. Cheung. "This vote will provide a framework from which companies like ours can utilize advanced scientific research and developments to operate successfully within the cannabis market in Canada."
