Evitrade Health Systems Corp. has completed the closing for 2554191 Ontario Inc., the company established for plant oil extractions; the transaction was previously announced as closed in escrow on the April 10, 2017, press release. An additional press release reviewing and outline the details of the transaction will be provided prior to the divestiture of the asset under the plan of arrangement.
