ESSENTIAL ENERGY SERVICES ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

At the annual general and special meeting of shareholders on May 10, 2016, each of the six nominees proposed as directors and listed in the information circular dated March 2, 2016, was elected as a director of Essential Energy Services Ltd.
