ESSENTIAL ENERGY SERVICES ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

At the annual meeting of shareholders on May 7, 2015, each of the six nominees proposed as directors of Essential Energy Services Ltd. and listed in the information circular dated March 4, 2015, was elected as a director. Detailed results of the vote are set out in the attached table.
