ELCORA RESOURCES CORP. APPOINTS DIRECTOR

Elcora Resources Inc. has appointed Theo van der Linde as a director of Elcora. Mr. van der Linde is the chief financial officer of Elcora.

Mr. van der Linde is a chartered accountant with 16 years of finance, administration and public accounting experience in diverse industries including mining, financial services, manufacturing and retail. During the last eight years of his career, Mr. van der Linde has been focused on the mining industry working with junior exploration and producing mining companies at various stages of growth and in several jurisdictions including South Africa, West Africa, Peru and the United States. He also worked in the United Kingdom and with WBLI Chartered Accountants and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Halifax, N.S.

Mr. van der Linde replaces Kelly Fielder, who has resigned as a director of Elcora.
