JODY DAHROUGE INCREASES POSITION IN EQUITAS RESOURCES CORP.

On Nov. 17, 2014, DG Resource Management Ltd. acquired, through a property option agreement, one million Equitas Resources Corp. common shares at a deemed price of five cents per common share. Jody Dahrouge has direction and control of the common shares held by DG Resource Management.

As of Nov. 17, 2014, the common shares acquired by DG Resource Management represent approximately 5.1 per cent of the issuer's current issued and outstanding common shares. Prior to the date of issuance of the common shares, Mr. Dahrouge directly held 313,000 common shares and indirectly held 1,482,666 common shares through his company 877384 Alberta Ltd. Mr. Dahrouge now holds approximately 14.2 per cent of the issuer.

Following this transaction, as of Nov. 17, 2014, Mr. Dahrouge and his affiliated companies hold an aggregate of 2,795,666 common shares.
