The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to a purchase agreement dated Oct. 15, 2018, between the company and Taiga Gold Corp., whereby the company would transfer the conditional right to be granted, in the future, a variable 0.5-per-cent-to-2.5-per-cent net smelter returns (NSR) royalty relating to any future production at the Fisher gold property located in Saskatchewan.

The NSR will be granted pursuant to the option agreement dated effective Oct. 5, 2016, between the company and Silver Standard Resources Inc. The company will receive purchase consideration of $110,000, payable through the issuance of one million common shares of Taiga at a deemed price of 11 cents per share.
