ENWAVE SHIPS 100KW NUTRAREV(R) MACHINE TO HORMEL FOODS FOR SNACK PRODUCTS

EnWave Corp. has shipped a 100-kilowatt nutraREV machine to a production facility in the United States for Hormel Foods Corp. to use for the production of new snack items.

Hormel Foods has been working with EnWave for more than three years to develop protein snack products to meet the demands of on-the-go consumers. Hormel Foods is EnWave's first commercial partner to use radiant energy vacuum (REV) dehydration technology for the production of meat snack products.
