ENWAVE SUBSIDIARY, HANS BINDER MASCHINENBAU GMBH, SECURES NEW MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR MACHINE ORDER

EnWave Corp.'s German subsidiary, Hans Binder Maschinenbau GmbH, has secured a purchase order valued at approximately $3.15-million for a large-scale convective air dehydrator. The purchase order was submitted by a repeat customer based in South Korea.

Based on the company's percentage of completion accounting method, this order will be recognized as revenue throughout 2015 fiscal year. Binder has significantly improved its machine order book since EnWave's acquisition in 2012 and is currently targeting several additional large projects for the upcoming fiscal year.
