ENBRIDGE ENERGY MANAGEMENT, L.L.C. CONFIRMS AMOUNT OF SHARE DISTRIBUTION FOR FIRST QUARTER 2016

Enbridge Inc.'s Enbridge Energy Management LLC has confirmed that its previously declared share distribution, to be paid on May 13, 2016, will consist of 2.7575 additional shares for each 100 shares of record on May 6, 2016.
