ENBRIDGE ENERGY PARTNERS LP DECLARES DISTRIBUTION FOR FOURTH QUARTER 2015

The board of directors of Enbridge Inc.'s Enbridge Energy Partners LP's general partner has declared a quarterly cash distribution of 58.3 cents per unit, or $2.332 per unit on an annualized basis, on all of its outstanding units for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2015. The approved distribution remains unchanged from the previous quarter and represents an increase of 2.3 per cent over the fourth quarter of 2014. The distribution is payable on Feb. 12, 2016, to unitholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 5, 2016.

Enbridge Energy Management LLC distribution

Enbridge Energy Management has declared a distribution of 58.3 cents per share payable on Feb. 12, 2016, to shareholders of record on Feb. 5, 2016. The distribution will be paid in the form of additional shares of Enbridge Management valued at the average closing price of the shares for the 10 trading days prior to the ex dividend date on Feb. 3, 2016.

Management review of 2015 results and 2016 financial guidance

Enbridge Partners will host a conference call at 10 a.m. Eastern Time on Feb. 17, 2016, to review its fourth quarter 2015 earnings and present its 2016 financial guidance. The call will be webcast live over the Internet and may be accessed on Enbridge Partners' website under events and presentations.
