ENBRIDGE INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDENDS

The board of directors for Enbridge Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 35 cents per common share, payable on Dec. 1, 2014, to shareholders of record on Nov. 14, 2014. The amount of the dividend is consistent with the Sept. 1, 2014 dividend.

The board also declared the quarterly dividends for Enbridge's preferred shares, as shown in the attached table. All dividends are payable on Dec. 1, 2014, to shareholders of record on Nov. 14, 2014.
