ENBRIDGE INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDENDS

Enbridge Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 35 cents per common share, payable on Sept. 1, 2014, to shareholders of record on Aug. 15, 2014. The amount of the dividend is consistent with the June 1, 2014, dividend.

The board also declared the following quarterly dividends for Enbridge preferred shares. All dividends are payable on Sept. 1, 2014, to shareholders of record on Aug. 15, 2014:

• Preferred shares, Series A -- 34.375 cents;
• Preferred shares, Series B -- 25 cents;
• Preferred shares, Series D -- 25 cents;
• Preferred shares, Series F -- 25 cents;
• Preferred shares, Series H -- 25 cents;
• Preferred shares, Series J -- 25 U.S. cents;
• Preferred shares, Series L -- 25 U.S. cents;
• Preferred shares, Series N -- 25 cents;
• Preferred shares, Series P -- 25 cents;
• Preferred shares, Series R -- 25 cents;
• Preferred shares, Series 1 -- 25 U.S. cents;
• Preferred shares, Series 3 -- 25 cents;
• Preferred shares, Series 5 -- 27.5 U.S. cents;
• Preferred shares, Series 7 -- 27.5 cents;
• Preferred shares, Series 9 -- 27.5 cents;
• Preferred shares, Series 11(1) -- 30.74 cents.

(1) The first dividend declared for preferred shares, Series 11, includes accrued dividends from May 22, 2014, the date the shares were issued. The regular quarterly dividend of 27.5 cents per share will take effect on Dec. 1, 2014.
