Enerflex Ltd. will list an additional 8,952,750 shares at the open on Sept. 7, 2016, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in the company's Aug. 29, 2016, short form prospectus, Enerflex will sell 7,785,000 shares at $12.85 per share. It has granted to the underwriters an overallotment option to buy 1,167,750 more shares at the same price for 30 days following the closing of the offering.
