ENERFLEX ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

All of the nominees listed in Enerflex Ltd.'s management information circular dated Feb. 27, 2014, were elected as directors until the next annual meeting of shareholders. The detailed results of the vote held earlier today are set out herein.

On a vote by ballot, each of the eight nominees proposed by management was elected as a director of Enerflex.
