ENERFLEX ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF PRESIDENT, AMERICAS AND NAMES SUCCESSORS

Jerauld Fraelic, Enerflex Ltd.'s president, Americas, has advised the company's board of directors and the executive management team that he intends to retire on Jan. 2, 2015. Mr. Fraelic has been a valued member of the company and has made significant contributions over the past 37 years.

"Jerry's strong work ethic, integrity and leadership have been instrumental in the growth and evolution of the organization, and we are extremely grateful for his contributions to the company during his tenure," said J. Blair Goertzen, Enerflex's president and chief executive officer. "I appreciate the time Jerry has given Enerflex to transition to new leadership and we wish him all the best in his upcoming retirement," added Mr. Goertzen.

As part of a planned leadership succession process, the company has appointed Marc Rossiter as president, United States and Latin America, and Bradley Beebe as president, Canada, effective immediately.

Mr. Rossiter and Mr. Beebe will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational support for their respective regions, and will focus on growing the company to meet the demands of the global oil and natural gas industries. For the remainder of 2014, Mr. Fraelic will continue in his current role, working through Mr. Rossiter and Mr. Beebe to achieve the company's strategic goals and responsibilities.

Mr. Rossiter has been with the organization for over 18 years, with 10 years in Houston, and has provided tremendous support in the growth of the southern U.S. operations. Mr. Beebe has over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and has been with the organization for over six years, most recently as the president of Enerflex's wholly owned subsidiary, Gas Drive Global.

With the appointment of Mr. Beebe to president, Canada, the company has appointed Trevor Kramer as general manager, Gas Drive. Mr. Kramer will assume the responsibilities for leading and managing the Gas Drive business in both Canada and the northern U.S. Mr. Kramer has been with Enerflex for over 24 years, most recently as Gas Drive's northern U.S. general manager.
