EnerCare Inc.'s subscription receipts were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, according to the TSX. As in an Oct. 20, 2014, EnerCare news release, the company has completed its previously announced acquisition of the Ontario home and small commercial services business of Direct Energy Marketing Ltd., and has exchanged each subscription receipt for a share.
