NUTRITIONAL HIGH COMPLETES SALE OF LUTHER PROPERTY IN SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA

Nutritional High International Inc. has completed a sale of its property located in Sacramento, Calif., for gross proceeds of $1.4-million (U.S.) in cash. The company purchased the Luther property on July 25, 2018 -- less than four months ago -- for $775,000 (U.S.), resulting in a net gain of approximately $625,000 (U.S.).

Chief executive officer of Nutritional High, Jim Frazier, commented: "The Luther property has become less of a strategic imperative since we purchased Pasa Verde LLC, which operates our licensed and operating FLI Labs NorCal facility. The building out the Luther property would have taken a year of additional permitting buildout efforts, and given the significant gain we were able to secure, we decided to sell it."

Mr. Frazier continued, "These proceeds from this sale will be used to move forward Nutritional High's other projects including the acquisition of a 75-per-cent interest in Green Therapeutics in Nevada, and our ongoing effort to secure additional distribution warehousing in Southern California."
