DUSOLO ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT PRICE CHANGE

DuSolo Fertilizers Inc., subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, is amending the price per unit of its $2.5-million private placement (see Sept. 14 press release).

The amended price per unit will now be 10 cents. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one-half common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of 15 cents for a period of 36 months from the closing date of the private placement. All other terms of the private placement shall remain the same.
