Effective at the opening on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2018, the common shares of Peruvian Metals Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Duran Ventures Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining (non-oil-and-gas) exploration/development company.
