DREAM GLOBAL REIT APPOINTS NEW CFO

Dream Global Real Estate Investment Trust has appointed Rajeev Viswanathan as the trust's chief financial officer effective Sept. 14, 2018.

Mr. Viswanathan was formerly the chief financial officer of Dream Office REIT and has 18 years of corporate finance, treasury, financial planning, information technology and reporting experience. Prior to joining Dream he was senior vice-president, finance, at Brookfield Asset Management. Mr. Viswanathan is a chartered professional accountant, chartered accountant and a chartered financial analyst, beginning his professional career at Ernst & Young LLP.

"We are pleased to welcome Rajeev to the Dream Global team," commented Jane Gavan, chief executive officer of Dream Global REIT. "Rajeev brings specific operating and financial experience in the real estate industry and will help drive our strategic vision for the future."

Mr. Viswanathan replaces Tamara Lawson, who has decided to pursue another employment opportunity. The trust would like to thank Ms. Lawson for her contributions throughout her tenure.
