Effective at the close of business on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, and in accordance with NEX policy, Section 15, Digger Resources Inc.'s securities will be delisted from the NEX, for failure to pay its quarterly NEX listing maintenance fee. Prior to delisting, the securities of the company were subject to a suspension from trading.
