DH Corp. will list an additional 4.83 million shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014, according to the TSX. As in the company's Nov. 25, 2014, short form prospectus, it plans to sell 4.83 million shares to the public at $36.25 each, raising $175,087,500. It has granted the underwriters an overallotment option to buy up to 724,500 more shares at the same price for 30 days from the closing of the offering.

DH plans to use the money raised to repay a portion of its credit facility.
