DONNYCREEK PROVIDES 2014 GUIDANCE UPDATE

Further to its press release dated Feb. 10, 2014, Donnycreek Energy Inc. has provided updated production guidance for the 2014 calendar year.

Calendar 2014 guidance

As announced yesterday, in calendar 2014, Donnycreek anticipates participating in eight wells at Kakwa (average 50-per-cent working interest) and two wells at Wapiti (75-per-cent working interest). Total net capital expenditures are estimated to be $52.2-million; of which $49.1-million is for drilling and completions and $3.1-million is for equip and tie-in. The calendar 2014 program will be financed through cash on hand, cash flow and possibly debt. Donnycreek's current net production is approximately 1,400 barrels of oil equivalent per day (49 per cent condensate; 51 per cent natural gas).

Donnycreek is updating its estimated production for calendar 2014 to average 1,700 boe/d with an anticipated exit rate remaining at approximately 2,500 boe/d (49 per cent condensate; 51 per cent natural gas). Donnycreek is also updating its forecasts cash flow from operations to approximately $32.5-million in calendar 2014.

Note: The foregoing is based on: (a) the company's fifth, sixth and seventh wells being on stream in February, 2014; the company's eighth and ninth wells being on stream in June, 2014; the company's 10th and 11th wells being on stream in July, 2014; and the company's 12th and 13th wells being on stream in December, 2014; and (b) the pricing and exchange assumptions by McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd. for 2014 (as at Jan. 1, 2014) as displayed in the table.
