The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an amending agreement dated Nov. 12, 2015, amending the terms of the option agreement dated Aug. 29, 2011, between the company, and Thomas E. Lisle and Erik A. Ostensoe, regarding the company's option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Hat property. The amendment is to extend the deadline of the final $100,000 payment to July 28, 2016, in consideration of 125,000 common shares.
