The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Original expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 16, 2015, and Oct. 17, 2015

New expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 16, 2018, and Oct. 17, 2018

Exercise price of warrants:  15 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 10 million shares, with five million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Oct. 18, 2013.
