CALDWELL ANNOUNCES DARCY MORRIS AS NEW BOARD DIRECTOR

Following on the heels of the best quarter in Caldwell Partners International Inc.'s history, long-serving director Dick Innes has elected to retire from the board of directors.

Darcy Morris, founder and chief executive officer of Ewing Morris & Co. Investment Partners, has been invited to join the board and he has accepted. He currently serves on the board of ZCL Composites Inc., the Toronto Public Library Foundation and the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) Foundation. Mr. Morris will be a valued member of all of board committees, which include the audit; nominating, corporate governance and compensation; and investment committees.
