CAITERRA INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CORPORATION REPORTS CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Caiterra International Energy Corp. has changed its auditor. Manning Elloitt LLP resigned effective Dec. 22, 2014, and the board of directors of the company has appointed MNP LLP as successor auditor of the company effective Dec. 22, 2014. The change in auditor has been approved by the audit committee of the board, and the board.

There were no reservations in Manning Elliott LLP's reports in connection with the two most recently completed fiscal years, or for any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an audit report was issued preceding the date of Manning Elliott LLP's resignation. To the company's knowledge, there were also no reportable events (as that term is defined in National Instrument 51-102 -- Continuous Disclosure Obligations) between the company and Manning Elliott LLP.

In accordance with National Instrument 51-102, the notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from the former auditor and the successor auditor, has been reviewed by the audit committee of the board and the board, and has been filed on SEDAR.
